Time scale for the provision of candidates

These factors often depend on the specific role, skills required, location and remuneration offered within a particular role.

• Vacancies can be accepted by Dovetail HRS via Telephone, Fax or Email and will be acknowledged via the same method within 4 hours of us receiving them
• Any additional information required, in order for us to commence working on the vacancy, will be discussed at this stage
• Our full Terms and Conditions can be sent to you at this stage, alternatively they can be downloaded here
• We aim to supply you with a selective few candidates, for any Permanent position or Temporary Contract assignment, within a 72 hour period
• If we are unable to source appropriate candidates, or are alternatively delayed in submission of candidates, we will revert back to you with notice within the 72 hour period with an update
• Candidates can usually be interviewed within a one-week period and notice period will depend on current position
• Confirmation of Appointment details will be sent to you and the candidate within 24 hours of an arranged appointment, confirming all particulars relating to the Appointment.
