Mike Smith - Director FM Division

Mike has undertaken all relevant Recruitment training programs sanctioned by the R.E.C. He is an active representative within BIFM and his background includes several years experience in Commercial and Corporate Relationship Management and he is your primary point of contact.
Mike has over 9 years experience in resource levelling, including experience using various Computer Aided project/ task and resource levelling strategies.

Ashleigh Brown (HdipEd SP) – FM Account Manager

Ashleigh qualified as a teacher in Senior Primary Education and after a brief bout in the classroom, decided to expand her horizons and went into the private sector. She has since acquired experience across a range of industries in her career namely Education, Construction, Insurance, Distribution and finally Recruitment. Ash is an energetic and enthusiastic recruiter who joined Dovetail in August 2007 as the FM Account Manager for several of their large accounts. She is completely committed to achieving client satisfaction by supplying you with only top quality candidates.

Hayley Smith (DipM) – FM Recruitment Consultant

Hayley joined the team in January 2008, having come from a Sales and Marketing background where she was a client of Dovetails and therefore understands the recruitment process from both sides of the fence. Hayley also has experience within the CAD/CAFM sector as a project co-ordinator and Account Manager. Having come from customer service environment, Hayley appreciates how important client relationships are and enjoys satisfying the recruitment requirements of her clients.

 


What can you expect from your Account Manager?
Our Account Management Commitment to all clients is that we will:

  1. Keep you informed on a regular basis of changes to our Services (Including Training options).
  2. Send regular literature on recent developments within the Recruitment Industry, which may be of interest to you.
  3. Assist you in a prompt and professional manner
  4. Regularly make personal visits to your offices, to advise you of future trends within the HR Industry and also, to ensure that we are kept informed of changes within your organisation that may result in future personnel requirements.

What quality controls do we currently have in place?
As members of the REC, we adhere to the Code of Good Recruitment Practice with management and consultants trained on various, periodic REC - Recruitment courses and required to attend regular seminars and meetings with our clients to ensure client satisfaction at all times.

We have an annual inspection by Investors in People, The REC and comply with the requirements stipulated for our BIFM Membership.

Dovetail HRS also have strict Internal written procedures regarding the contact, processing and recording of all client & candidate information and contact history.
