CAFM Positions
We are constantly seeking Candidates who posses a knowledge of any leading CAFM software packages. Vacancies range from Junior to Snr CAFM Administrator levels.
Junior positions often vary considerably, but almost always require the following core skills:
- A high level of experience in the use of AutoCAD
- Basic to Advanced level use of any leading CAFM System (including the utilising of a CAFM system for monitoring and reporting of space usage, often at multiple sites)
- Considerable experience in space planning is essential
- The ability to develop CAD systems within a FM environment, often to include various other modules e.g. space management, building operations, furniture & equipment, room booking, helpdesk modules and many others
- Thorough understanding of Databases / IT Systems and how systems can be integrated and automated to generate management statistics
Senior CAFM Positions often also require candidates to:
- Manage Data & Records team as a whole
- Manage the implementation of new or upgrades to existing CAFM software
- Manage Asset Inventory
- Train staff in using CAD and CAFM systems
