Key duties:
- Network with potential clients in order to generate business development opportunities.
- Visit all existing clients as appropriate to actively maintain relationships
- Production of meaningful reports within timescales when requested
- Significantly develop the FM business of the Company
- Raise the Company profile for example working with relevant industrial bodies eg, BIFM, IFMA, etc.
- Build up relationships with international counterparts to tap into existing international client base.
