Core role:

  • Project management and contract administration
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Planned maintenance schedules
  • Building regulation and statutory advice
  • Building acquisition and occupancy surveys
  • Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations schedules
  • Party wall awards

Qualifications:

  • Ideally experienced in commercial building surveying and be a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
  • A proven track record of working with teams of diverse expertise, and an understanding of new technologies and use of tools such as MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD.
